How do I know if you service my area?

How should I prepare before my cleaning?

To help our team work efficiently and give you the best results, we recommend a few simple steps:Pick up personal items (clothes, toys, papers, makeup, dishes, etc.) so our team can focus on detailed cleaning rather than organizing.Provide access instructions — door code, lockbox, or special entry notes.Let us know about any special instructions (fragile items, areas to avoid, or areas that need extra attention).Secure pets in a separate room if possible; as much as we love them, it keeps them safe and helps us clean thoroughly.If you need help preparing, just call or text us — we’re happy to guide you!


What if I need to reschedule?

No problem! You can reschedule by calling or texting us. We kindly ask for 48 hours’ notice to avoid rescheduling fees. This helps us protect our cleaners’ schedule and income.


Are there fees for canceling or rescheduling?

Yes, but only when necessary — these fees protect our cleaners, who rely on consistent schedules.

Here are our official policies:

  • Late Cancellation (less than 48 hours): $50
  • Late Reschedule (when moving your appointment 1 week or more past the original date): $40
  • No fee if you reschedule within the same week of your original appointment.

If I’m on a recurring schedule, can I skip a cleaning and keep my same rate?

Your rate is based on your chosen recurring cycle: Weekly, Bi-Weekly, Every 3 Weeks, or Monthly.

If you need to skip or move your cleaning outside of your regular frequency:

  • If your cleaning is pushed 1–2 weeks past your usual cycle: $40 fee
  • If your cleaning is pushed a full month past your usual cycle: $75 fee

This helps keep your rate consistent and ensures your home receives the proper level of cleaning for the time between visits.


What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept credit/debit cards through our booking system. Payment is processed after your service is completed.


Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

No — most clients provide a door code, lockbox, or spare key. Just make sure we have access to the property at the time of service.


Are your products safe for kids and pets?

Absolutely. We use eco-friendly, non-toxic products powered by tea tree, lavender, citrus, and plant-based ingredients — safe for families, pets, and the planet.


Do you bring your own supplies?

Yes! We bring all supplies and equipment needed for your cleaning. If you prefer a specific product used in certain areas, just let us know.


Can you clean before or after events, move-outs, or Airbnbs?

Yes — we specialize in Move In/OutMake-ReadySTR/AirbnbCommercial, and Event Clean-Up.

What if I have special requests or preferences?

We love knowing your preferences!
Please call or text the office before your cleaning so we can add any requests to your permanent customer profile.

  • Pet notes or access info

We always follow the notes in your profile to give you a consistent, personalized clean every time.


I have pets — what should I do?

Our team LOVES pets, but we also want them and our cleaners to be safe.

Please:

  • Secure pets in a separate room, crate, or patio of if we can work around them 
  • Tell us their names, personalities, and any special instructions
  • Let us know if they should stay indoors or if a door might open during cleaning

All pet instructions are saved in your customer file so every cleaner knows exactly what to do.
